Graduation student / Research Apprentice
Cemre is a designer based in Milan, focusing on co-creation, prototyping, and research with a precise eye for subtle details and strong organizational skills. Her journey began in Industrial Product Design at Politecnico di Milano and continues with an MSc in Digital and Interaction Design. She explores the dynamic interplay between tangible objects and digital interfaces. Always drawn to new challenges, she sees each step as a way to deepen her understanding—integrating approaches like research through design, material speculation, and systems thinking.
In her thesis, she focuses on more-than-human city making by connecting abandoned urban structures and ecological regeneration, investigating rewilding strategies through data visualization that bridges physical and digital realms to create impactful experiences. Through her internship focused on ‘La Goccia’ forest of Politecnico di Milano, she developed her research, visualization and innovation skills.
